Vibora means viper in Spanish. The Western Diamondback Rattlesnake is a pit viper, one of the most venomous snakes in the desert southwest of the United States. This lovely specimen was filmed and photographed in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona, about 50 miles south of Phoenix in northwestern Pinal County.
