Perch Silhouetted by Sunset Virga Canvas Print

I live by a hill in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona in a remote location about 50 miles south of Phoenix. On this hill are the remains of of an old Ironwood tree that countless birds love to perch on. The sun set directly behind this hill, making some of the most beautiful silhouettes of this perch imaginable - even without a bird on it. This is one of those pictures taken on March 28, 2019 featuring virga illuminated by the rays of the setting sun. Virga is a fancy meteorological term for clouds producing rain that does not hit the ground. Sometimes they look like jellyfish tentacles or something surreal or supernatural. In this case, I believe it is marvelous punctuation to the angle of the hill enhanced by the ethereal colors of twilight.
