Triptych is just a fancy name for 3 panels or pictures that make up one artwork. They can be together on a single canvas or on three panels placed side by side meant to go together as one piece. Feathering the Brow is on a single canvas with or without gold background. Yet if you look closely, the one without the gold really does have a darker border than the more charcoal hue in the three pictures that are Evangeline mandalas. (Evangeline is my iPad!). It all started with her “Ajna” piece. Ajna refers the head chakra between the eyebrows. If you take a wild bird feather and stroke your Ajna center with it three times, you will be blessed beyond measure!
