That’s what I thought seeing where this trail went hiking South Mountain in Phoenix, Arizona on the morning of March 30, 2013. The temperature was mild for the Sonoran Desert, the sky was partly cloudy, and the wildflowers had begun to bloom. While these are ideal hiking conditions, I’m glad I planned NOT to do the entire trail!
