I am a great lover of our Arizona Sonoran Desert skyscapes - especially at sunset. The atmospheric conditions where I live along with the high amount of jet contrails make the canvas of light very conducive to diverse cloud shapes and patterns from the simple to the complex. While I have not memorized all the scientific names and explanations for the meteorological phenomena, I know that the darker ones in this photo sure look like dolphins. Overall, the photo was digitally enhanced somewhat to accentuate the definition of the landscape and the clouds.
