Description
This is an unfiltered, non-manipulated photograph of a contrail left over from a jet during a particularly magnificent sunset. Evidently atmospheric conditions where I live are highly prone to these strange aerial events. Jet aircraft vapors merging with Arizona Sonoran Desert clouds contributing to some of the most awesome, other-worldly shows I’ve ever witnessed. I attribute them to Cloud Kachina, of course, and dance with him among these dreamy drawings on an almost daily basis. In fact, I’ve started a new website dedicated to these dances in addition to my gallery/collection of the same name. I capture what I can. Sometimes I leave it as is — other times I might enhance it with color to bring out features not ordinarily seen. At any rate, this one reminded me of a beam coming from a spaceship like in Star Trek. Where Scotty is, I don’t know, but his beam awaits!
